Your tasks

Interface function between national departments and Global Corporate Communications in the area of PR & Communications and close collaboration with the events teamSelection, management, and coordination of external service providers for eventsIntensive on-site support for journalists during events (red carpets / press conferences)PR follow-up, evaluation and documentation of eventsResponding to media enquiries and development and enhancement of relationships with press and external partnersConsulting and support of DKMS locations in the development and implementation of PR concepts & communication strategiesCreation and implementation of PR concepts and communication strategies in the area of global corporate communicationsEnsuring consistent branding and communication internationally (key messaging)Conducting training for new and existing employees in the area of PR & communicationsCreating and editing editorial content, statements and speeches for international use, both internally and externally - primarily in the English languageSteering and coordination of international projectsAnforderungen
Our requirementsSuccessfully completed studies (bachelor) with a focus on communication science or comparable qualificationAt least 4 years of relevant professional experienceExperience in an international working environmentVery good knowledge of PR instruments and disciplines including event formats, media relations, corporate publishing , editorial activities Very good project management skillsAdvanced copywriting and content creation skillsVery good manners, intercultural skills as well as strong empathy, networking and communication skills Excellent English and German skills (native speaker level)Willingness to travel (10-20%) and high flexibility Benefits
